WE’RE HIRING 

Thrap Market Company is looking for a Retail & Events Associate to join our team in Old Town Eureka.

We’re looking for someone who is extremely organized, creative, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people. Someone who notices the little things, loves a beautifully styled space, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

This position is a mix of retail, events, workshops, and all of the behind the scenes work that keeps the Market running beautifully.

You’ll help with customer service, sales, merchandising, styling, event and workshop setup, hosting and cleanup, inventory, organization, and lots of resetting in between.

Approximately 20–30 hours per week with room to grow. Must be available to work weekends, as many of our events and workshops happen Friday–Sunday.

The right person for us is someone who can walk into a room and see what needs to be done without always being asked.

Someone comfortable helping a customer choose something for their home, setting a table for an event, prepping materials for a workshop, or cleaning and resetting the space afterward.
